Little Owl Holiday Club

Welcome to Little Owl Holiday Club

Little Owl offers a Holiday Club for 3-11 year olds 8.30am-5.30pm. We are running:

October Half Term 23-27 October 2017

February Half Term 12-16 February 2018

Easter Break for one week 3-6 April 2018

Summer Break for three weeks 30 July- 11 August 2018

There are many different activities on offer to appeal to the children’s various ages and interests. We have the preschool resources available and also a range of board games and activities specifically for older children. Typically, there is always plenty of art and craft projects including fabric painting, printing, fimo, clay art, decoupage, hama beads and porcelain/ceramic painting. In addition to the Preschool garden, we have use of the school playing field for more physical play such as football, badminton and soft tennis, the trim trail, for den building.

Children can come for whole or half days. Bookings must be made in advance. The hourly rate is £4 and £3 for additional siblings. Parents are invoiced at the beginning of the holiday and you can pay with childcare vouchers, cheque, cash or by bank transfer. There is a late collection fee of £5 for every 20 minutes or part thereof. This should be settled before the end of the week in which the late fine occurred.

Cancellation Policy: Booked sessions cancelled with 10 working days’ notice may be swapped for similar sessions during the same invoice period, provided that we can accommodate the children on the day requested in lieu. This may not always be possible, though we will make every attempt to accommodate changes. Refunds cannot be offered after 10 working days before the start of the half-term in question. In exceptional dire circumstances (given in writing), the Little Owl Committee will consider applications for refunds. Please address your letter to The Committee, Little Owl Preschool, Dry Drayton C of E Primary School, Park St, Dry Drayton, Cambridge CB23 8DA.

October Half term 2017 – We are planning some Halloween related activities which the older children particularly enjoy including baking ghoulish cookies/cupcakes, “Potion” making, making stain glass windows, spiders, people monsters and face painting.
